Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 4–9 business days. Our products ship directly from our fulfillment center to keep prices fair, so it takes a little longer than same-day retail — but we think it's worth the wait. You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. You can also check anytime on our Track Your Order page. If it's been more than 3 business days and you haven't received tracking, reach out and we'll sort it immediately.

Yes. The base has a 15W wireless charger (also compatible with 10W, 7.5W, and 5W devices). Just place your phone on the base — no cables to plug into your phone. Your phone needs to support Qi wireless charging, which most modern smartphones do.
